Radio + A/C keeps resetting on car shutdown

Hey all,

Bought my MG 2022 PHEV 3 weeks ago and I noticed that after a shutdown, the radio stations are all reverted to default, no favorites, and the AC settings aren't saved as well.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi, not totally sure as I have ZS Hybrid, so may be a different system. However, it could be that you haven’t saved the stations properly.

Have you selected a station then held your finger for a few seconds until it beeps, to save?

Hey, yeah of course, and I saw it in the 6 favorited as saved.
My battery is at 0% now, as Im getting the chargong station installed this week, and I read its a firmware issue saving the custom data as long as there is battery. Ill test to see if some service enter can upgrade my FW version, read some update fixes this.
