Radio not initialising

I have a HS and the radio has a message saying radio initialising ,can anyone help? I have tried a reset but to no avail

You might have more luck finding an answer by posting your question in the MG HS / EHS 2020-2024 Plug-in Hybrid Forum or you could try disconnecting the 12V battery for a couple of minutes
