radio screen surface delaminating

anyone seen anything like this? it was just a small corner of the screen but overnight has grown. the touch is still working.
hard to describe, looks like a layer on the screen is delaminating

its on a PFL MG5.
ideas welcomed

Silly question, but let's eliminate the obvious, that's not the original film cover that you get on screens when new that should be removed is it ?
That’s what I thought. I had the same car over three years and didn’t see anything like that.

i dont think so, we have had it from new, so its 5 years old, but now you have said that this evening i will be out there checking the corners.

My first thought, too. But the fact it's on the frame too, makes me think no.
But hope it is for his sake, nice easy fix. 🙂👍

What on earth are you listening to? Even the radio screen can't handle it anymore :eek:

Perhaps that’s why I haven’t had that problem - I never have the radio on 🤣
Probably AM, the crackles and pops probably cause its skin to start peeling ..... it wasn't John Laws, he has passed away and that was a strictly Sydney piece of torment .......
