I have a mg hs phev
the radio is not woking and the message reads "radio module disconnected"
Is this something I can fix or do I have to go to the main dealer ? any advice appreciated

You could disconnect the 12v battery, that's all they did the first time my MG5 was in.
It has since done it again but Richmond cant book it in until late October

I have had the same message appear twice on my HS. Tried the battery disconnect approach first which worked then it happened again. Advised the best way forward was to book it in to the local dealer - just happened to be Richmond!! Five weeks before I coud get a date but now appears to be sorted - fingers crossed.

Do you know what they replaced?

Unfortunately not - Richmond are not very forthcoming - but I am aware part of the dashboard was removed to get at some part(s).
