Rattles

Please send me any rattle experiences and fixes.

Rattles on both side and both ends of the car.

Apart from them the car seems spot on but I couldn’t live with the rattles it has at the minute.

Glasses in the overhead holder?

Rattles from the infotainment display?

Rattles from the air vents behind/below the glovebox?

Rattles from the boot lid hook against the locking loop?

They're just some of the potential issues.

Left & right seat belts in the rear without passengers are a possible cause for rattles too.

We have a rattle from the A pillar trim on one side.

Rattle from inside driver's door - garage removed inside cover and said some of the absorption material wasn't properly fixed. Hasn't rattled since - thankfully (& fingers crossed)

Rattle from the infotainment display! Hold it and the rate stops ,,,, perhaps I should try wedging it?

The area surrounding the interior light fitting is notorious for rattles, and often they sound like they’re from somewhere else in the cabin. Put some pressure against the rear portion of the housing next time you hear rattles and see if they settle. If they do, you need to drop the housing out and foam up the edges

They're just some of the potential issues.

That's a good list, the only rattle I've had is the air vents under the glovebox, but a few pieces of strategically placed foam have given me rattle free driving.
