The rear seat belts rattle around on the hard plastic trim when not in use. Other than plugging them in has anyone come with a solution to stop this?

I believe that there are clips or pads or similar that you can get online that cushion the seat belt clip. I can't think of something specific though.

I used some sticky-backed black felt stuck to the trim

Yep, I do the same ... also on the passenger seat belt side too.

I also wrap a bit of insulator tape around the rear seat catches ... just in case of rattles there.
