Rear defroster

Hello everyone,

For me it only defrosts the upper half of the rear window. I won't go to the dealer soon.
Anyone had this issue? a charachteristic of the vehicle?

The bottom ¼ could be the radio aerial, like on the MG4?

Yes, had this with my dealer early last year. Bottom third (approx) is the aerial for FM/AM/DAB. It can be frustrating but you get used to it eventually

Thank for your replies. Never noticed this on another vehicle. MG should have installed a shark antenna

It is indeed more than unusual, never had this at any other vehicle; And especially in taller SUV the bottom third would be quite useful.

I find the built in aerial much better in rural locations whereas the shark fin on other cars constantly losses DAB signal.
