MG ZS EV Long Range 2022. rear drivers side window opens but does not close

MG ZS EV Long Range 2022. My rear drivers side window opens but does not close. I am thinking its the Body control module in drivers footwell behind fuse box as the motor works forward and reverse when powered. Window switch also fine. Loom also has continuity. Can I fit a used Body control module if I buy online, or does it need to be programmed to the car by MG main dealer. Any help appreciated. Thanks

If it were me, I'd take it to the dealer and claim my warranty
