rear seat base removal

im trying to remove the rear sest bottoms , I managed to get the back rests off , but bottoms is another matter.

I have pulled and they dont come off. I need to replace a seatbelt fastner (belt wont go in ) and have to get under to unbolt and disconnect the seatbelt warming cable

also have to replace 2 seatbelts.

anyone any experience of this .

You have to really pull it up hard the first few times just watch out for any connectors.
