MG5 SW Long Range rear bumper removal

Greetings. I need to remove the rear bumber to replace both of fog light lenses (I know there is only a bulb in the right hand side) courtesy of some **** in Tesco car park who managed to back into it and smash the lenses. It this a huge task? Before I attempt it I would love to hear from the members who have done it avoid any pitfalls. I suspect there will be other damage behind it. I can't go down the insurance route as it happened about 18 months ago. Grateful for all and any help. Thanks.

It's simple. Do a Youtube search and you'll find the procedure. Might want to search on MG5 Towbar fitting as I think I saw a walk through of bumper removal on such a video.
