Removing back seat cushion

Hey

One of my kids and lost something under the back seats.

How do you remove the back seat lower cushion?

I know people have done it but for the life of me I can not see how to get it up.

You have to grip the front edge of the seat and pull upwards quite hard - it makes a loud click when the clips come out. There are 2 I think, left and right. Once these are out the whole bench can be lifted and eased forward. The hard bit is putting it back - the seat belt buckles are tricky to feed back through the holes.

I was able to lift it up just enough to reach the AirPod lost underneath
