Repeated “Driver fatigue monitoring camera blocked” warning in MGS5 ev

Hi everyone… Have been driving the new MGS5 ev since last 4 months. Recently have been noticing an alert saying “ Caution- driver fatigue monitoring - camera blocked” when the camera is not at all blocked….. Has anyone else experienced the same and can anyone suggest what can be done for this?

I found it best to just disable this all together.

Yes if it can't detect a face it pops the message up. This can be caused by something as basic as the sun shining on your face blowing the cameras image out making your face undetectable. It's best to just disable the feature.

I found it best to just disable this all together.

I disabled it in “MG Pilot “ . It had 2 options - 1 Driver Fatigue Monitoring and another Driver distraction monitoring….. Even after disabling both, the message “Caution! Driver monitoring system Camera Blocked” keeps on popping up randomly….. Don’t know what to do next… It’s very irritating

Although I have the systems turned off, we've had error messages about this and other camera related aspects on cold mornings. I suspect condensation somewhere, as once it's warmed up or we're in sunlight it all goes back to normal.

I’ve left the screen protector film over the sensor and so far I’ve only had one driver fatigue alert.
