Reversing Camera, blurry image

Reversing camera on my EV Excite ZS gives a blurry image, cleaned it but not changed, I’ve been told it could be condensation inside and advise to try drying with an hair dryer, but this hasn’t resolved the problem. Has anyone else had this problem?

I didn't think the excite had a reversing camera, is it an aftermarket one ?
