Reversing Lamps

I live in a rural location and have found that the reversing lamps are deficient on the 2023 MG ZS EV. I literally cannot see anything at all out the back - and I don't have this problem with other vehicles in the household.

Apologies if discussed previously but would be interested to know if anyone has had any success with LED replacements? There is a video on YouTube but since the replacements were about 300 lumens only... they were no real different to the OEM bulbs. Some claim 900 or more lumens - which sounds great, but not sure how real those claims are.

Thanks, that's the video I had seen. The bulbs in that case are only the same output as a stock w16w though.

For the benefit of the search. I went for these bulbs:

Whilst still not perfect, rear visibility is quite significantly better and I am now able to reverse in the lanes. So IMO a decent upgrade.

Driving in country lanes is a different set of skills and a different set of requirements tbh
