I am trying to find a blank RF card that I can use to duplicate the cards from the charger mfg. This is the card used to activate the home charger. Can someone tell me what type of RF card this is? What Frequency?

If you phone has NFC (near field communication) like you use to pay for things, do a search on your phone for a card reader app. That should be able to determine what type of card it is and the app may have a reader/writer facility.

You will need something like this to duplicate an RFID card (unless your phone can read and emulate one)

RFID Cards are short range and generally work on either 125 kHz – 134 kHz or 13.56 MHz, both frequencies are supported by the above reader and supplied as part of the package. Good luck!
