I'm assuming its only that price if take PCP, cheap though!
Probably actually the opposite - when I bought mine these deals were cash or on higher APR finance deals than the 0% headline MG PCP offers.

Yep, so the cash price is £19,975 but if you want finance it’ll work out just as expensive as the MG 0% deals if not more so

Doesn’t say anywhere you can’t walk in with £19,975 and drive away
 
You can cancel a PCP at any time, so, if you have the cash, you can take out the PCP to get the deal then pay it off as soon as the paperwork comes through, it'll just cost you a few quid for a few days interest.

That's what I did with my old Hyundai
 
Not sure about 6k annual mileage . far too small for me even in lockdown
