Ringing/whistling noise

Have had my LR for nearly two weeks now. Driven over 800 miles already. The one thing I haven't worked out yet is where a ringing/whistling noise is coming from. Sounds like the front passenger side around the dashboard. Only happens at 45 mph upwards. Road type doesn't make a difference. Nothing in the glove box. Checked under the bonnet and no loose screws.

Any ideas?

I get this when using cruise control, something to do with the motor I think.

The motor/transmission isn't silent and I do hear a resonance at around 50-60mph (goes away at higher speed).

Not cruise control specific. I drive 70 miles a day most of which is back roads. Not great with cruise control.

This noise is very audible. I will check next week at higher speeds. Only do about 3 miles on the motorway so don't usually bother driving above 65.
