Rolex charger Offline

Anyone had a problem with a Rolec charger constantly being offline? I've had mine now for about 8 months and apart from an early problem related to software updates to both the car and the ev app, things had worked perfectly. This last few weeks though, with no changes here, it is constantly offline rendering the smart charge feature useless and I'm having to knock the trip switch off several times a day to try and get it to reconnect.
Rolec are suggesting possibly an external antenna to see if that would help. Anyone had to do this and was there a cost involved?

Funny you should post this, the two times I've checked today - including now - my charger is shown as offline. I'll look into it tomorrow and start be restarting it. I guess as well it could be the mobile network.
