Roof box for ZS?

We are taking our first long distance EV trip in the summer to France. It has become painfully obvious the boot is not big enough and we'll need some extra storage space. A roof box seems an obvious solution. Anyone here have/had a roof box for a ZS? Advice/tips?

It'll have to improve the range a lot anything with THule written on is £££!

Would you be even able to open your boot with the box attached?

Yeah it seems a lot but depends on how much your going to use it, great if it saves your range but only if the box is practical to needs. Anyway as I mentioned there is a thread about boxes elsewhere on here.

I have universal roof bars which I bought for my previous Mokka.
They fit fine on my ZS. No problem with the tailgate as long as you fit the bars towards the front.
