Rumours during home charging

Since I bought my Marvel R Performance
Im experiencing water bubbling rumours from the front left side of the car while under slow charging at home the battery.
This happens on your cars too or there's something wrong with my car?
I found out rumours come from EDS system expansion bowl.
What this refrigerant circuit is for?

That's why I'm asking here...
Dealer told me the battery cooling circuit is just around the battery and it's expansion bowl is in the rear baggage car... But I think they don't know about what they saying...
