S5 Security settings?

S5 is connected to the car using iSmart but when I look at Security Settings it tells me the car is Unbounded.

When I go to Bind it comes up with my email and asks for password which at 72 I have duly forgotten, every time I try it rejects but does not give me a forgotten password.
Is there another way of prompting me to change this as IOS has not saved any details.

Have you tried deleting the ismart app and reinstalling it or make a new account?

Your info says you have an HS PHEV but you mention an S5? So, have you recently changed car? (Just curious!!! )

Yep last week better change that lol

Didn't want to risk this and get into this car is already registered scenario.

Didn't want to risk this and get into this car is already registered scenario.

If you go down the new account route you'll need a new email address as well otherwise it will come up as already registered.

Try emailing [email protected] and see if they can help but somewhere along the line there should be an option for forgotten password, perhaps before you enter your email
