S5EV boot mats

Hi all,
I want to buy a rubber/plastic boot mat for my new S5EV. Is there much size difference between the Upper mat and the Lower mat? I guess buying just a Lower mat is preferable and then using it as the Upper mat, that way if I choose to lower the boot insert it'll still fit. Seems pointless buying an Upper mat that might then be too big to sit flat when the boot insert is lowered. Your comments would be appreciated.

I wonder how much difference there is between the upper/lower. If there's not much dimensionally I might go for a lower mat. Yes it'll look slightly small when the boot shelf is up but it'll fit perfectly when the shelf is down

It depends on how you usually have the boot floor. Mine is permanently in the upper position and I keep the stuff you like to have in the car but will hopefully never need like a type 2 cable, an old coat just in case, warning triangle, puncture repair plugs etc. under it.

In all fairness I'd probably just store the cable, a pump, a first aid kit and a small tool pouch there so it might be more useful, given it's not a huge boot, to keep the shelf lowered and have more space available for everyday uses such as food shopping or the occasional torture of an IKEA shop
