Sat nav history

Hi, I bought a second hand MG5 PFL LR and found history in the sat nav. I can delete individual items but how can I clear the lot?

From memory there is a button in bottom left of screen with 3 lines and that takes you to the options, but it’s almost a year since I had to clear mine when giving it back
