Questions on a late UK Registered 2025 MG ZS Hybrid+ Sat Nav System

How long are the free updates for the Sat Nav System?

What is the current lasted Sat Nav System update available?

Who is responsible for providing this service MG or Naviextra as there seem to be a lot of confusion around this area?

The toolbox software that MG says to download via Naviextra does not seem to work on MG ZS Hybrid+ ?

Have ask a couple of MG dealers who just have no idea

As far as I understand, whilst the system does support USB updates, it is done by the dealer; Technically updates should be available as long as the iSmart services are included, but despite several visits to the dealer for other updates (starting with PD052 and many others since then, including the equalizer update, the only one wholeheartedly only positive ) I never recall any map update. ANd, tbh., with a limited offering on POIs (I actually never found a restaurant, Hotel or even my specific dealership in the POIs) and the - at least in my case - non existent live traffic I have never eally used the built in nav, even if graphic presentation with well represented over head signs and 3d buildings in larger cities is quite nice, but always resorted to Google Maps via Carplay.....

Has anyone on here ever actually had un update to sat nav? I've asked dealer, none of them have any idea.

It's like that same old saying; "don't ask me, I just work here"

I just use connect phone and use Google or Waze (Waze for the funny voices available).
