The second service is due end of May on my ZS. I have a pre-paid service plan, and was wondering if the dealer with who the plan is with will contact me to arrange the service, or will I have to ring them and get them to book it?

I have a service plan, but booked my service on their online portal myself. There was the opportunity to detail any issues with the car that you needed them to attend to. Personally, I wouldn’t wait for them to get in contact. You could easily slip through the net.

They normally contact you - phonecalls usually.
Be careful though - my third service -low mileage car with low use - had a recommendation to have the brake pads changed and the Aircon recharged. Not on your Nelly…
4th service due soon and if they say the brakes are shot I’m going to ask them to show me or I’ll get a second opinion! - this is Glyn Hopkins MG BTW, London east branch.

Chaplehouse MG motors in Wigan where I got mine from always rang a month before the service date was due & asked how the car was or if I had any problems with it.
