This second VOR occurred when the same (now five months old) ZS EV Trophy LR suddenly gave the following AMBER warnings :
EPB System fault
Hill Hold unavailable
Autohold Fault
ACC System unavailable
P button light flashing even when DRIVING and/or OFF
Driving was no problem but needed extra caution
Visited local Dealer who tried to reset to no avail and booked in for THREE weeks time and assured us that car was SAFE to use.
But when later forced to park facing downhill,, parking was OK and car did not move. But when trying to reverse UP the hill to get out, the car rolled forward. Had to get owner of vehicle in front to move out so we could go forward and out. Embarassing!
Spoke to the Dealer who supplied the car, whose Service Dept said car was UNSAFE and that we should get home and call MG Assist (AA) for their intervention, Engineer quickly attended and tried resetting which appeared to clear warnings but these reappeared during test drive, so vehicle was taken to local Dealer - who are closed over long weekend!!! So waiting for Tuesday to see whether we need a hire car AGAIN.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
