Took the LR up to my daughters in Aberdeen yesterday for it's first long run.
I have to say the MG5 is a game changer for us. We got all the way there from Glasgow and back down to Forfar.
We stopped at the Forfar CPS rapids just off the A90 on the way home. A coffee from the adjacent Starbucks and a little over 30 mins later we had enough range to get home with some to spare.
We could never have done this with the 40kwh Zoe.
I am seriously impressed with this car. It's quiet, comfortable and eats the miles :)

Hi, what charge rate did you peak at and what percentage did you stop the charge at?

So off the top of my head you'll need to charge once at least even with a long range, probably for about 20 minutes minimum on a rapid to make sure you have enough. I suppose it's twice, or more like an hour, with a short range.

I just checked postcode to postcode. It's a 262 mile round trip.
That’s decent. Warmer weather helps.
We were down to Banbury form South Ayrshire over Christmas and had to stop a couple of times can’t quite remember the figures, I’m sure it was 174m from a full charge at home to start with . On way home was worse as it was windy and torrential rain so more stops again .The joys 😂.
That’s was our first long journey so was a good learning curve for us.
