These seem somewhat inflated.Not in a high labour rate city..1st service oil / filter change and a sump ring..£235.It only takes half hour for oil change.

I've just booked my 3rd 45,000 Mike service for £221. Prices seem to be a lot cheaper than original quotes.

I am in France and I paid 188 euros (164 £) for the first service (24 000km). The most expensive will be the 4th one at +/- 500 euros (438 £). But prices depend on the dealer. It can vary from one to two times the price.

I’ve just signed up for a 3 year service and MOT plan for my 2023 MG4 for years 4, 5 and 6 at an MG main dealer. Total cost £940 at £26.87 per month for 36 months. As MOTs would cost me £54 and AA Home Start £119 I reckon it’s costing me an average of £141 for each service, which seems OK to me, especially as prices are bound to be higher in 3 years. I guess prices may be different for different areas and dealers.

They have according to my dealer gone up a tad with the most expensive service now costing £1,250.

This is absolutely obscene for what is essentially oil change, filters, brake fluid and a hybrid battery filter. This is one of the main reasons I haven't gone out and purchased one, I just can't justify those costs.

Put it this way, my current 15 year old Renault Megane isn't worth much more than that with 74K on the clock and has years of life in it yet.

Just shows how much of a rip off the MG3 servicing is compared to an MG4. Saying that, there is no oil or oil/air filter to change

Where are you? I'm in France too, East, Nancy, my 4 year service has been quoted over 800 euros at Theobald MG, rip off.

I'm from the Sarreguemines area. I have two MG dealerships nearby, Forbach and Saint-Avold.
I bought mine in Saint-Avold and that's also where I had the first service done.
