Servicing the EHS PHEV

I need to get my EHS serviced as the notification saying get it maintained urgently has popped up. However, the dealer in my area cannot give me an appointment for almost 3 weeks. My question is that is it possible to get the car serviced from a non brand service centre, or is it advisable to stick to the MG dealer itself due to the hybrid nature of the car? Any feedback from this community would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
