Shame the key isn't colour coded!

Picked it up this morning and enjoyed drive home, I think I should have bought a red car to match the key;)

It was the same on the Gen 1 model.
We had the dynamic red colour on the first MG ZS EV we had.
The key and the stitching matches the body colour then !.
We have the Battersea blue on our Trophy LR but it does not bother me that much to be fair, although the stitching ? on the seats would have looked better in blue IMHO ?.
Just saying ?.
 
Didn’t know they weren’t colour coded, we have the red car so I just assumed blue cars had blue keys etc. The red key and car look pretty smart so yes a blue key for a blue car etc. would be fitting. I guess this is another difference between a prestige car and non prestige.same with stitching
 
It keeps the production cost down, as you are only carrying one single option of trim.
If you have the ( P)Leather interior then it’s black with red stitching on the face lift model.
Strangely in the original mode it was the same black material, but with white stitching?.
