Smart meter (monitor) not working after Ohme Pro installation

Not an MG
Had Ohme Pro installed yesterday morning and just after the technician left noticed the smart meter monitor (IHD) had stopped working ... "waiting to connect" on screen indefinitely. What could he have done in the meter box to cause this? It's all beyond my understanding.

I don't think this will have anything to do with the Ohme install. What is the HAN LED doing on the meter?

SW 🟩 WAN 🟩 MESH ⬜ HAN 🟩 GAS 🟩

These lights flash every 3 or 4 seconds, with the exception of MESH which doesn't flash at all.

Hmmmn ... smart meter worked perfectly for 365 days, then, on the day the Ohme Pro is installed it suddenly stops working ... seems an unlikely coincidence, no?
