I have an old BGas Smets1 and when I was thinking of moving to Bulb last year I enquired about updating my meter they said it couldn't be done. I have been put on BGas from People's energy when they went bust and BGas records showed I had this Smets1 and they said it would be updated to take readings. Now I can't enter reading on my BGas account due to me having a smart meter and they don't seem to have taken any since the last reading I gave them in November.
