As it happens I don't care - I've never had OPD so I don't miss it. In fact I like the way the car creeps on "idle" throttle, like an old torque converter automatic would.

I agree with this, I have to park my car less than 2 inches away from my garage door, and the only way is to creep forward with my foot lightly on the brake, if I was to come to a complete stop 4 inches away from my stopping point, there's no way to slowly move forward a further 2 inches using OPD.
