Spare wheel

has anyone moved the battery to store a spare wheel mg3 hybrid ?

Thank you, I can move the battery up to the side of the boot space, but not sure about extending the leads with the cambus wiring . Any info would be appreciated.

Do you think you'd be able to position it to give you room for a spare wheel, I didn't think the spare wheel well was big enough?

Good point I am borrowing a similar sized space saver 16in and will remove the batt and try it

Jock, Have you checked if everything will still work when you reconnect that battery?
Let us know the outcome.

aye everything working fine, the book tells you to disconnect bat when changing a bub .But after all that a 16 ins wheel dose not fit in the wheelwell .So back to the drawing board
