Speed camera

Hi

I currently have a ev and mg3 ,was in my eb and wondering if anyone's knows anything on this speed camera.
According to dash cam was doing 33 in a 30
This camera looks like a vector speed camera , average speed maybe but it's the only camera on that road for 1 mile.Do these flash if you speed or not.I thought they don't flash.Anyone know,it's located on a34 Birmingham road near Bell pub .

Do they flash when speeding.I thought it's average speed so you have to be speeding up to several cameras.But average speed don't flash,this seems to be on its own.
There is a white camera,then a 30mph then that camera

I couldn't say for certain whether that particular camera is being used as a speed camera but the ANPR bit is done via IR so it doesn't need a flash.
