Speed limit detection hilarity

Went out just now, 100% charged and got a 'bong' to tell me regen is off - fair enough.

Got onto the local road, that has a 50mph limit - first mile I just had three dashes, then 100, then 70 and then 120!!
Then back to three dashes.

On the way back, it got 50 on screen, then back to dashes.

Also - the passenger mirror has taken to not angling down in reverse, but turning the mirror glass towards the window.

I'll pop out again later and see if the speed detection is better, but the mirror has been like that a few days - is it feasible that the infotainment reset might sort this out?

Regen is off when the battery is full, it will start slowly as the battery empties - can't put anything in when it's already full

Windscreen camera might be obscured? It's not full proof, don't rely on it.

Reverse mirrors will memorise the last position you made when the car was in reverse. So if you moved it last time when you reversed, it will go back to that position. Put the car in R and set the mirrors where you want them.

I knew the regen stops when there is nowhere for the power to go - just thought the message was actually a useful 'bong' for a change.

I found the speed limit sign recognition on my old HS was better than in the S6. First there was the nation speed limit sign which the S6 doesn’t, it just shows 70. It also picked up speed limit signs on motorway gantries.
