Speed signage indicator on dashboard

On the back of the 20mph change in Wales where border against, has anyone ever had an update on the speed indicator on the dash? It's been flashing incorrectly for 2 years for national speed limit on motorways and trunk roads as it seems to think they are 60mph! Haven't yet driven across the border, but I'm guessing it's not going to handle 20/30mph transitions well?

I think it uses the camera to read the signage on the road. I don't think it is linked via GPS. You get the yellow triangle if there is text under the speed sign as it cannot read it. I must admit the system is not very good and often gives incorrect information. I had a similar system fitted to my old insignia that was far more accurate.
