Steering wheel heating

Heating the air in the cabin is the reason I put both heated seats on when it's very cold, and not just the driver's.

That’s a great idea - I will try that next winter.

Does that work ?
I thought heated seats only heated when someone sat on the relevant seat. I can’t test it now as I don’t have heaters in the e Berlingo seats.
I’m sure the MG5 seats only heated when there was a bum in place to toast.

@Archev - they definitely heat up whether or not there’s a bum in place. Handy for keeping your takeaway warm, perhaps?

Mine has the steering wheel icon in the app. Haven't tried it, just hasn't been cold enough to need it, but it's certainly there, at least on v2.0.8. Whether or not it works...
The seats and climate control works perfectly, though for some reason it turns off after ten minutes, for safety it says (!!!).

I have android v2.0.8 but no steering wheel heating control. There is an icon to the right of the heated seats icons but that's a power button to switch the AC off.

I have an xpower but don't have the steering wheel icon on iSmart. However, no need for a heated steering wheel here and even when I lived in the UK, never needed it.

Hi!

The steering wheel won't pre heat from app. All others featuers works fine. Any other having the same problem?

I have reinntalled app but with no luck..

I have an S5 EV and have found that when I pre heat the steering wheel and seats, as I sit in the car the screens light up and the seat and wheel icons show these devices are on, almost immediately the wheel icon shows as off, the seats stay on. Very strange.
