Right outside the entrance to the cafe and shop. Lots of different places to sit and relax inside and out.

Chargers under a proper canopy with shelter from rain (and blinding sunshine on screens), and presumably lights. I just dream about these places.

Oh, it even has the price of the electricity displayed in clear, visible as you drive in. Swoon.

Yes France has mandated that larger car parks get a solar PV roof, including all chargers.
