Suspension is too soft

the suspension of the zs ev is too soft, can i make it a bit harder and which suspension should i use?

Most people like it reasonably soft, but it could do with better dampers.
Change to uprated shock absorbers on all wheels.

Difficult question.
I was always told Koni are very good.
But you need to get the right model of shock absorber to fit.
Find a sports or tuning specialist supplier near you.

try driving in sports mode, see how you feel about that before you change anything ... and consider warranty ...

Zs has dumb suspension so changing to Sport mode will do nothing at all.
