If you have an early standard range MG5 without the MG app and have the old SyncEV charger, these are being replaced free of charge with the new Sync Energy charger 2 here is a useful tip: The Sync Energy app is not compatible with the car as regards scheduled charging. We were without a charger for 5 days because no one at support seemed to know why! Finally today a support guy suggested using the Monta app instead, problem solved, what a relief!
