Telematics box change, new issues

My MG ZS has e-call system stuck on warning on the dash board and the satnav thinks the car is in Swindon not Skegness, done all the usuals reboot, etc. The car is bound to me but the app still informs me the car is in Swindon, and the date is 03/04/25 the main dealer had a go at it last month when the car had its first service but could not fix it, so it goes in to the main dealer next week.
 
Hi all, we had our telematics box changed due to an issue with the ecall system. Since then, we havent been able to use the app and the location shows the car dealership from over a week ago

Any ideas?
I had a new telematics box fitted as it was faulty. I had no Sat nav and car was still in China. That all works now but the app has only partial capabilities. Apparently only the fully electric car has full capabilities and I have a self charging hybrid.
 
Just got the car back today with the issue fixed. They had to raise it to MG China, the app developers got involved and released an app update last week. That combined with force updating the TBOX and FICM resolved the issue. I chatted with the technician at the garage who sorted it, he said just with the mobile app update it did not work, he had to force update those two modules to make it work. They were showing as the latest version so wouldn't have normally updated, but as soon as he force updated them, it worked.
Hi I've had exactly the same issues with my car. My dealership is at a loss. Can you give me the name of the dealership that fixed your problem?
