I was supposed to be having a test drive this afternoon at Lookers in Brighton. Unfortunately, they have just called to say the car was not available to drive as they had not completed the PDI! Not sure how long the PDI would take, but given they got the car last week and were offering test drives from fri or sat it seems a strange excuse. Intend to go along for a close up look in any case and to see if the golf gear fits. Not a great introduction to this dealer.

Yeh totally agree unless the dealership manager is running about in it this weekend, and told you a story about the pdi I would pop in and see if car is there? It's a lovely car my dealership had one in the showroom.

It was there, it seems they just had some issues in their workshop…. They had the launch edition of the IM6 and the LR IM5 both in Nevis Blue (nice!). Both look and feel good and hope to test drive later this week, Full set of golf gear and a powakaddy trolley fit in the IM6 boot easily and they fit in the IM5…… The IM5 does not have the extra storage under the boot and has a much smaller frunk. As others have said the view out of the rear window is woeful. There is a rear view camera display but that is slightly obscured by the steering wheel.

Yep that's a big car I think the Hyundai sits higher up though I think . Have you had a look at the other Chinese company JAECOO they have some hybrid cars plug in or petrol. full electric coming next month and they are pretty luxurious.
