Finally, my EV Charger install is concluding after several months of waiting. Today was the missing part of the install - "UNLOOPING" my mains supply. Has anyone else had experience of this and its trials and tribulations?

My neighbour had the unlooping going as his house and the house next-door had this problem. Was quite an issue getting organised, but the actual job only took a couple of days, mostly related to digging the trenches.

Is that the "removing the Ivy" phase?

The whole operation took about 4 hours - great couple of guys from SSEN - new overhead cable to our neighbours. On our side, it took 10 mins to remove the looped cable. The entire process started in November last year.
