Hi,

I test drove a 22 plate as looking for another for my wife. That had the station graphics. It also started playing the radio when you powered the car up which mine doesn't do, you have to swipe left and select radio each time.

My guess is it's the version of infotainment. Miles mentioned a while back about version 16 which allows OTA updates. It was in the podcast about rapid charging issues and the associated updates.
