Time for new tyres at the moment ilinx are fitted.
Do I need to fit tyres specifically for EV
Where to go Costco/ Black Circle / Halfords
Any recommendations and advice for tyres and where to get them fitted

You don't need to fit specific EV tyres, but EV tyres are supposed to be able to handle the extra weight of an EV, and they're supposed to be more efficient than non-ev tyres. 🛞
Thank you very helpful

Michelin e Primacy on mine. Good roadholding, good life lowest = cost per mile.

Thank you that's helpful

I got new tyres from local independent dealer, 'ED's Treadz" Great service and price.
EV specific tyres cope with extra load but regular tyres with same load rating will do same. There’s strip of sound deadening foam on inside of ev tyre but I’ve not seen any evidence of noticeable improvement after fitting non ev tyres to my mg s5. But very importantly if you’re only replacing a pair, probably the front, you need to put new ones to rear. Therefore rear wheels need to go to front. Lots of videos on YouTube from independent and manufacturers. Your original tyres will probably be summer tyres which are not good in cold winter weather so replacing all tyres and getting all season - I sold my original tyres at 2000 miles and replaced them with goodyear all season. I find them just as quiet as the summer ones.I used to advocate winter tyres but i don't use the car for daily work as i'm retired and all seasons are very good nowadays. And if it's crazy snow i'll probable stay at home! Summer tyres are not appropriate for cold weather 7'c or below. Similarly, summer shoes, summer shirts, summer jackets are not good in winter. Cost of damage (and insurance excess and premium hike next year) and/or injury after a crash caused by a skid will always be much more than cost of proper tyres. With winter tyres you'd need to swap for summer tyres in warmer months. I did this on several cars over about 15 years - but on balance, for me, all seasons really fit the bill. We had 3-4'' of snow a while back,,, very rare. I live on very quiet road and the road hadn't been driven on when i went out in all season tyres. Selected snow mode. No traffic about. Floored the 'gas' pedal and the car nicely, modestly accelerated with barely a twitch. In comparison, with summer tyres there'd be significant loss of traction, much longer stopping distances very poor cornering. So i recommend all season. Far better than summer tyres in winter months. Not quite as excellent as winter tyres, but crazy to drive on summer tyres in winter. PS - i wouldn't normally 'floor' the gas pedal whilst driving, but did this as an exercise to see how good the tyres are and how good the traction control system is on the car.
Always have full set of same 'season' of tyres
Always put a new pair ot tyres at the rear...
Stay safe..

I fitted Hankook Kinergy 4s2 to my ZS, and they were perfect for the sort of crap weather we get a lot of in Central Scotland. Had the same tyres fitted to my old Golf, and I was getting about the same life out of them.

Thank you that!

I've got the Pirelli Cinturato SF3 all-season. Absolutely Happy with these. They have taken me through rain and snow without any issues. And a lot better than the originals that you get with a new MG4.

Recently put Michelin Primacy 5 94v 215/55/17 and very happy as quieter, better grip than standard.. The primacy 5 are newer than e Primacy with better stopping. They had a special deal at Cosco (Australia) only really needed two new tires but went for 4 as only $50 more total cost if purchased 4

Good news

I fitted Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2's on the rear, they're nice and quiet and a reasonable price, but I've noticed they don't have quite the same grip under braking as the factory Conti's.
