So what happens now ?
Do i assume our cheap tariff now stops .
If so will any electric used from today be charged at a flat rate ( or tariff we are moved onto) of whichever supplier we are moved to?? so i might as well charge my car during the day and not in the cheap nightly time.

Apparently not, read a post this morning that you will still have the cheaper rate till Ofgem find you another supplier.
It was on FB I saw it so take of that what you will.

so my thinking is around 21 kWh out of the MG and the balance from a battery pack in the boot.

sounds like a good plan... like "meals on wheels" for your power

You will go through the OFGEM supplier of last resort process and will probably be charged at whatever "special" tariff the new supplier moves you to as part of the SOLR process
