Tough Leads UK Shipping Question

A question for those who have bought a tough lead (someone mentioned these to me last week but I cant remember whom) Do UK purchasers get the taxes part deducted after payment as I assume that is to allow for international shipping and also weird that the company is in Chard Somerset so about 20 mins from me so may go and collect it. Does anyone know if they keep them on the shelf ? I may email them to find out.
Also would the inline RCD be preferable over the standard socket end one?

Saves the additional shipping costs.
