We are off to France next week, four adults and luggage, and will be bringing back a few bottles no doubt. All the information I can find suggests that there is no need to adjust tyre pressures for a full load, but to use the standard 2.2bar all round. I checked the pressures yesterday and the in-car dash readout said 2.1 all round. Out with the inflator and set the auto cut-off to 2.4, with the intention of dropping the pressures down manually to the correct reading. A check with a small pressure gauge confirmed 2.4, but the car readout remained at 2.1. I drove up and down the drive, but the car readout still said 2.1. First thing this morning the car said 2.2 on one and 2.3 on the other three, and the car ride seemed a little harsher than normal. My query is; which reading should I treat as accurate and does the odd.1 of a bar really matter?

Just having a bit of sunshine on the tyre could raise pressure by 0.1 bar. I don't think you have a problem.

No go what you think you put in and when tyres are warm then they read higher
