I messed up ismart app when I try to bind the app i scan the Q code but it says code not recognise what have I done wrong

You've scanned the wrong code? (First one is for downloading the app, the second one - later in the process - is for binding the car).

See the Tips sticky thread - this question has been asked umpteen times and the answers are already out there.
